The Manville School District announced the appointment of Mr. Luke Weisenbach as Roosevelt School's next principal at their Board of Education meeting on Wednesday, May 13th. His tenure begins July 1, 2026.

Mr. Weisenbach is a lifelong educator and Somerset County resident. He believes deeply in the idea that it "takes a village" to help children thrive. A philosophy rooted in strong partnerships between educators, families, and the broader community.

In stepping into his new position, Mr. Weisenbach has outlined three core priorities for Roosevelt School: academic excellence, a positive and inclusive school culture, and open transparent communication with families and staff.

He is especially passionate about strengthening kindness centered initiatives throughout the school, ensuring students feel valued, empowered, and safe every day.

The district is inviting the community to join them in offering a warm "Colts Welcome" to Mr. Weisenbach as he prepares to begin his work this summer.

His arrival marks an exciting new chapter for Roosevelt School, one grounded in collaboration, compassion, and a shared commitment to helping Manville's students shine.
