Manville residents gathered tonight for a magical evening as the Borough unveiled its brand‑new town tree during the annual holiday tree lighting celebration.
The event was filled with festive cheer, highlighted by Santa's grand entrance on a special decorated golf cart, escorted by members of the Manville Fire Department, a lineup of cool cars, and the sparkle of snow machines that brought winter wonder to the crowd. Families and children cheered as Santa arrived, adding excitement and joy to the evening.
The debut of the new town tree was the centerpiece of the celebration. As the crowd counted down and the lights flickered on, the tree stood tall as a new symbol of community pride and holiday spirit. Everyone admired its beauty while sharing in the tradition that brings Manville together each year.
This memorable night would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of so many. Special thanks go to the Recreation Department, the Department of Public Works, the Manville Fire Department, and all the volunteers and community members who helped bring the celebration to life. Their efforts ensured that Manville's tree lighting was not only festive, but truly unforgettable.
