For the second year, Manville High School is set to welcome athletes from across Somerset County for an inspiring day of competition, camaraderie, and community celebration. On Saturday, May 10th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the Manville School District will proudly host the Somerset County Special Olympics Track & Field Event for the second consecutive year.
This highly anticipated event brings together athletes of all abilities, showcasing their dedication, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Spectators can look forward to a series of exhilarating track and field competitions, each highlighting the incredible talents of the participants.
"After such a successful event last year, we are happy to be back in Manville," stated a parent whose child is a Special Olympic athlete.
"The Special Olympics embodies the spirit of inclusion and determination, and we are thrilled to support these inspiring athletes as they strive for excellence," the parent continued.
